Return And Refund Policy

The seven days’ return and refund policy only applied when Metallogy Malaysia:-

  • Send the wrong items ( Customer received the incorrect item )
  • Products with manufacturing defects

All goods sold are not refundable and returnable.

 

What customers do when they received the wrong goods?

If you received the wrong items, first – please forgive our unintentional negligence, we would solve this issue for you in the shortest time frame possible.

 

The standard operating procedure to handle wrongly received goods.

  • 1st step – Customers must inform Metallogy Industries Sdn Bhd’s customer service within seven days time frame.
  • 2nd step - Kindly feedback to our Whatsapp chat live agent or send an email to metallogyindustries@yahoo.com
  • 3rd step – All customers have to wait for the correct item to arrive at their doorstep. Shipping fees for the shipped and return items will be bear by Metallogy Industries Sdn Bhd.
  • 4th step – Please note that the wrong items received will be replaced with the exact items that are being ordered before that.
  • 5th step – If the customers would like to exchange the item ( not according to the orders before ), shipping fees for both ways will be bear by customers.

  • 3rd step – All customers have to wait for the good condition item to arrive at their doorstep. Shipping fees for the shipped and return items will be bear by Metallogy Industries Sdn Bhd.
  • 4th step – Please note that we don’t accept returns for reason of colour deviation from computer display view or minor variances in dimension.
  • 5th step – If the customers would like to exchange the item ( not according to the orders before ), shipping fees for both ways will be bear by customers. Please take note that the defective goods will be replaced precisely according to the ordered list before.
