Direction on how to use
Add a little bit of oil to the pan first (enough to lightly coat the surface), and preheat it for a few seconds before adding the food. Use oil, such as vegetable oil or grapeseed oil, rather than non-stick cooking spray. The non-stick spray contains lecithin, which will eventually make your non-stick surface gummy.
How to wash it if gets burnt accidentally
Cover the burnt area with 2-3 tablespoons of baking soda and add a bit of water to make a paste. Crumple up some aluminium foil and begin scrubbing it all around until all food bits and stained areas are clean. Rinse the pan with warm soapy water.
